​Our Pricing Policies

​Minimum Service Fee: To ensure fair compensation for travel and equipment prep, our minimum visit charge is $120.

​Initial Cleans: For first-time recurring clients, we often recommend an initial Deep Clean to establish a baseline before switching to maintenance pricing.

​Heavy Soil & Condition Clause: Final rates depend on property condition, clutter levels, and accessibility. Any condition requiring intensive remediation outside the standard scope will be discussed and approved prior to service.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

At Clampitt Cleaning Co., we reserve dedicated time on our schedule and prepare equipment specifically for your property. When an appointment is canceled or rescheduled on short notice, it directly impacts our operational schedule and team members.

We understand that unexpected life events happen, and we do our best to accommodate schedule adjustments with adequate notice.

1. Notice Window & Rescheduling

• 48+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge.

• Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival window are subject to a $50 Late Cancellation Fee.

2. Same-Day Lockouts & Denied Access

• If our team arrives during the scheduled arrival window and is unable to access the property (e.g., incorrect lockbox code, deadbolt engaged, gated access denied, or unannounced refusal at the door), we will make every effort to contact you.

• If access cannot be secured within 20 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be marked as a lockout. Lockouts are billed at 50% of the scheduled service estimate (or a minimum of $75, whichever is greater) to cover lost route time and technician dispatch.

3. Utility Requirements (Water & Electricity)

• For the safety of our team and effective operation of our commercial equipment, all properties (especially vacant move-in/move-out turnovers) must have working electricity, running water, and functional climate control.

• If services cannot be performed due to lack of working utilities upon arrival, the job will be treated as a lockout.

4. Sickness & Health Precautions

• If anyone in your household is experiencing a contagious illness, please notify us as early as possible to reschedule. We will gladly waive cancellation fees for illness provided notice is given prior to our team departing for your location.

5. How to Notify Us

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly by phone, text, or email as soon as possible. Changes are considered finalized only once confirmed by our office.
